Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)
Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $150 or more within the United States (limited to services under $10 cost).
Shipping Methods:
- UPS Ground® (1-5 business days) - Our standard economical shipping option, Monday-Friday delivery
- UPS Ground Saver® (2-7 days) - Most economical option with Monday-Sunday delivery, including weekends
- UPS 3 Day Select® (3 business days) - Faster delivery option available for an additional fee
- UPS 2nd Day Air® (2 business days) - Express delivery option available for an additional fee
Shipping Costs:
- Orders $150 and above: FREE shipping (limited to services under $10 cost)
- Orders under $150: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Package Details: Our scarves are carefully packaged and weigh approximately 150g (5.3 oz) including packaging.
Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
International Shipping Policy
Available Countries: We ship internationally to over 220 countries and territories via DHL Express Worldwide.
Shipping Method:
- DHL Express Worldwide (1-6 business days depending on destination) - Fast, reliable international delivery with door-to-door tracking and signature confirmation
Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected upon delivery or customs clearance.
Tracking: All international orders include full tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can monitor your shipment through customs and to your door.
Delivery Schedule: DHL Express delivers Monday-Friday (Saturday delivery available in select locations). Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance in your country.
