Refund policy
Return Window
United States & Rest of World: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Details
Upon approval of your return, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs and the return shipping label cost. Please note:
- If you received free shipping (orders $150+), the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
- The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@bysquair.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Package the item securely in its original packaging (if possible)
- Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package
- Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location (for US returns) or designated carrier location (for international returns)
- Send us the tracking number once shipped (or we'll track it automatically)
Return Shipping
- To make returns easier for you, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label
- The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount
- We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt until your return is processed
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@bysquair.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item's condition or the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement shipment at no cost to you or a full refund including original shipping costs. For damaged or defective items, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
International Returns
To make returns easier for international customers, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that customs duties paid on the original shipment are non-refundable, and any customs fees incurred during the return process may also apply.
